Technical Questions
Can I use your sites on Mac or on mobile devices?
Sure. Our sites are compatible with Mac, iPhone, iPad, and all other mobile devices.

Is your content available for downloading, as I want to watch it later?
Yes, all the content can be downloaded with a full membership and is DRM free.

Do you recommend any particular browsers to use?
We recommend Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers. Both are free and can be downloaded here:
https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/
http://www.mozilla.com/firefox
The latest versions of Internet Explorer and Safari (for Mac) are also Ok.
http://www.apple.com/safari/

How do can I save movies and photo archives on my computer?
1) Left mouse click on the link for the video/photo archive and then select the destination where you would like to save the video or the photo archive.

2) Right mouse click on the link for the video/photo archive and select "Save target as" and select the destination where you would like to save the video or the photo archive.

Keep in mind that downloading can take some time depending on your connection because the files are big.

I can't watch streaming videos. Why?
You may need to install Adobe Flash Player (it's free): http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Download it, install and restart your computer after installation. Now it should stream the videos.

Video playback is choppy. What can I do?
High Definition videos require a better than average internet connection and computer, so if you have a slow connection or older computer, you may experience issues. If you can't do anything about that, then try the following:

  • Select a lower video quality on the tabs above the video player.
  • Turn off other programs you may be running like, virus protection, ad blocker, or energy saving settings.
  • Stop any files that you may be downloading in the background.
  • Try closing other browser tabs if you have many opened.
  • Try a different browser. We recommend the latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox.
I get a black screen when trying to play back videos. What should I do?
Your Adobe Flash Player may be outdated and needs to be updated. Get the latest version here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
